This DMCA Policy outlines our procedure for handling copyright infringement notifications and removing infringing content from https://image.shoutmecrunch.com (the “Site”).

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

4. What Happens After a DMCA Notice Is Submitted

Once a valid DMCA takedown notice is received:

  • We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
  • We will notify the user who posted the content, if applicable, and provide them with a copy of your DMCA notice.
  • We may terminate repeat infringers as required by law.

5. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the content and its original location before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your judicial district (or Bangladesh, if outside the U.S.).
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

📩 Send the counter-notice to admin@shoutmecrunch.com. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit within 10–14 business days.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with Section 512(i) of the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating user access for repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

7. Misuse of the DMCA

Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice can result in civil liability, including damages and attorneys’ fees under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

We reserve the right to seek legal remedies against those who abuse this process.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy to reflect changes in legislation, our Site’s services, or internal procedures. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
